About me

You have chosen to take this step because you know that life is more than surviving—it’s about thriving. You know deep down that you can get there with the right support. My role is to assist you in living your best life, grounded in purpose. I want to help you meet your goals by offering a safe, reliable space for you to work out the barriers currently in your way to this best life. Whether you feel depressed, anxious, alone, angry, or afraid—you can manage the difficulties you face with strength and confidence. As a LMFT with over two decades of experience I will do my best to draw out of you strength and resilience. I live out my Christian beliefs and welcome those who want professional support and a partner in faith. I welcome all who want to partner with me to achieve your goals and to fully thrive!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Immediately, I will go to work on understanding your situation. After the first session, you will have a good sense of trust in that I am for you, and I am willing to meet you where you are at. I will partner with you and will work to honor your voice and what matters to you.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I draw from the following practice theories: Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strengths based treatment. I was trained in Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP) which studies which kind of interventions are effective for specific problem areas. So I draw from that background to focus on effective ways to partner with you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I love supporting people through change--whether a precipitating life event prompted the change or not. I have a passion for empowering people who are currently in or are healing from abusive relationships, particularly narcissistic abuse. So many good people get stuck and need trusted support to guide them through. I also have a passion for helping people integrate their Christian faith with what they are struggling with. Many Christians don't know where to go to find a licensed provider who will be supportive of their world view and faith.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
