Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I am a very collaborative counselor, and you are the expert on your life. My approach is very client-centered, so I want to get to know more about you. Our first session is to establish rapport and get a better understanding of who you are and what your needs are at this moment. I gather information directly from you, so we can collaborate on your goals and what you would like to achieve. I am here to guide you and support you as we conquer challenges together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Active listening and empathy are skills I possess to assist my clients in their healing journey. My hope is that I can create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, learn, and embrace who you are, where you are in life, and where you would like to be. I encourage you to be exactly who you are in our sessions, and we build upon your strengths and work on the areas of your life that you would like to see change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am committed to serve clients who are processing grief, work life/balance issues, and who want to be empowered to heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. I believe that healing is a journey—one that requires courage, resilience, and faith. If you would like to work with a clinician who is empathetic, who will listen, and who truly sees you. Let me walk alongside you in your journey.
