During my professional career I have worked with individuals of all ages who suffer from traumatic experiences, mood disorders, chronic illness, grief and loss, crisis intervention and a host of other issues. I am a certified premarital/marital counseling facilitator with PREPARE/ENRICH. I believe in the mind, body, spirit approach and finding balance in those areas. I work with individuals to find balance in life and to become more whole through exploring the various areas of their lives.
