I am a caring and compassionate provider. I enjoy helping people discover their strengths and abilities. I am a very direct therapist but I will walk along side you and help you navigate through life's challanges. I will equip you with the tools you need to overcome the obstacles that you are facing as we determine the best way to walk through them together.
We will talk about what you are looking for, no pressure. You can ask questions, or I can ask you questions. I will make it as painless as possible. It will not be a traumatic experience. Give me a try.
