I believe in helping you let go of what no longer serves you, paving the way for a more fulfilling and purposeful life. Together, we can figure out and explore how to change patterns, and improve your quality of life.
A first session will be creating a safe space, free of judgement or expectation, for you to be able to explore goodness of fit.
I have been in the mental health field for 10 years, working in different treatment centers in South Florida, most recently a clinical director. I believe in my ability to help all walks of life. My strengths are my compassion and ability to connect with my clients so they feel seen, heard, and understood. My non judgmental approach, ability to reframe, allow others to let go of shame, and embrace their own unique autonomy.
I specialize in addressing a range of challenges, including: - Addictive Behaviors - Grief and Loss - Anxiety - Depression - Self-Esteem/Belonging Issues
I explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors through a series of encouraging questions that assist my clients in aligning with their values.
I assist in identify how thoughts impact our perception, mood, and ways to think differently.
I believe understanding how grief shows up, the different stages, and the story we tell ourselves about our losses are an important part of healing.
