New to Grow
I’m a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, overthinking, performance anxiety, and depression. I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in their heads, overwhelmed by pressure, or impacted by past experiences. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside while struggling internally with self-doubt or emotional overwhelm. My approach is practical, supportive, and goal-focused, helping clients build confidence, emotional flexibility, and lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, current concerns, and goals, while making sure the pace feels comfortable and supportive. You can expect a collaborative, non-judgmental conversation where we begin identifying patterns and discussing a plan tailored to your needs.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths are my ability to quickly identify patterns driving anxiety, trauma responses, and performance blocks, and to translate insight into practical change. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and ACT to help clients move beyond coping and create lasting shifts. Clients often appreciate my calm, direct style and my focus on meaningful progress, not just symptom relief
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are high-functioning adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, overthinking, or performance pressure. They are often successful on the outside but feel stuck in their heads, self-critical, or emotionally overwhelmed. Many want practical tools to feel calmer, more confident, and less driven by fear, while still maintaining high standards and meaningful goals
EMDR
I use EMDR mainly for trauma but also for performance anxiety ie public speaking, test anxiety, fear of speaking up in meetings
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients reduce the impact of anxiety, unhook from unhelpful thought patterns, and build psychological flexibility. I often apply ACT skills for performance anxiety, overthinking, and mood concerns by focusing on values-based action rather than symptom control
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize thinking patterns that drive anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt. Together we work on reframing distorted thoughts, reducing avoidance, and building confidence in daily and performance situations
