New to Grow
I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever’s on your mind. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration. I’m here to walk alongside you, not to tell you what to do. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their experiences, and helping them build insight and resilience at their own pace. Whether you're navigating a tough moment or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you with compassion and care.
During our first session, it is important to share what brings you to Grow, and what you are hoping to gain. If you are not sure, that is ok too, we will talk through it. It is also an important time to ask any questions you may have of me personally, or of the process. My goal is that you walk away from our session with a few new tools to assist you in your journey.
I have worked with a variety of people of all different ages and backgrounds. I enjoy getting to know people and being of help in making life better and more rewarding.
I am here to help if someone is navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions. I am helpful for someone who’s open to learning new skills and exploring new perspectives. You may feel stuck or overwhelmed, but if you are ready to take small, meaningful steps toward feeling more grounded and empowered, we would be a good fit.
