Dr. Little has years of experience working with athletes and people in high-stakes professions to improve performance and eliminate performance barriers by reducing stress. Dr. Little knows that early interventions are important and teaching mental techniques can be extremely beneficial. Dr. Little specializes in Sports Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. Over the years Dr. Little has had the opportunity to Provide services to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including inpatient/outpatient, schools, community, and in-home-based. She is experienced in treating individuals with Depression, Anxiety, and life stressors/transitions.
