I am here for your relational needs. I'm your counselor if you want someone who is all about relationships. Relationships can be the most rewarding part of life. They can also be one of the most difficult. Wherever you are in your relationship, I am here to help you thrive. I offer counseling for couples, families and individuals to help with all of life's changes. The reason I focus so much on relationships is because I know the profound effect relationships have on mental health, addiction, trauma. If life is a journey, counseling is a pit stop to overcome issues that arise but relationships are the roads that you navigate to get where you need to go. I can assist by providing support, conflict resolution, and relationship enrichment. I've worked with couples and individuals with relational issues, parenting issues, mental health needs including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. At the beginning of our first session, I will introduce myself and the counseling process. I know it can be extremely difficult sharing parts of your story with some one you just met. Ultimately, I want you to get to know me enough to make the decision if I am a right fit for you and your need for counseling. I am more interested in you getting the counselor you need than that counselor having to be me. After that we will begin to discuss what brought you to counseling and how we can begin to develop new paths moving forward.
For the past five years I have specialized working with couples overcoming infidelity, trust issues, as well as dealing with a daily grind of real life relationships. I also love working with individuals from all backgrounds to work towards mental, physical, and spiritual health.
