My experience in navigating complex social issues and providing compassionate care has equipped me with invaluable insights into enhancing the well-being of my clients. I am committed to empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential and find resilience through life’s challenges.
During our first session, we will start with introductions and then ease into what brings you to therapy. I will then use the information gathered to help develop and plan for us to work through in the remaining sessions.
