Are you an athlete who struggles with anxiety before a big game, as you walk onto the practice field, or even as you sit at home? Or perhaps you are someone who is looking to better your mental well-being, improve your sleep, sharpen your focus, or decrease your anxiety and/or depressive symptoms. Whatever the objective may be, I can help you visualize and achieve your goals through neurofeedback and counseling.

My treatment methods

Neurofeedback

I use neurofeedback training and qEEG mapping as a tool in my practice for clients, if they prefer.

Gestalt

Gestalt therapy focuses on helping people become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment to promote personal growth and self-understanding

Somatic

Somatic therapy is a body-based approach that helps people notice and release physical tension, using the connection between mind and body to process stress, trauma, and emotions.

Humanistic

Humanistic therapy emphasizes personal growth, self-awareness, and the belief that people are inherently capable of finding their own path toward healing in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy with sports psychology influences focuses on identifying a person’s existing abilities, mindset, and resilience skills—then applying performance strategies used by athletes (like goal-setting, confidence building, and mental conditioning) to support growth, motivation, and well-being in everyday life.
