As a first generation college graduate I am passionate about helping Gen Z and Millennial ambitious women women navigate their careers, self care, and relationships. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communication from Southern Connecticut University and Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Saint Joseph. I have many years of experience working with individuals and families in inpatient, outpatient, and school mental health treatment. I specialize in high functioning anxiety, self care, relationship issues, career difficulties, academic stress, self-esteem, and life transitions.
