What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can anticipate , personal history intake , looking at the person in their environment . This is important because to effectively assist you on a therapeutic journey , I have to know what your starting point was. I want to learn your narrative and how it has impacted the personality we currently see. At this point the hope is to begin to build a therapeutic rapport . As when you are comfortable a person can effectively work on inner challenges.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Non judgemental , open warm , respective and intuitive communication.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)

I had had over 15 years experience working with this modality of treatment. I use this treatment method to assist with with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts.i aim to change how you deal with current negative barrier patterns to improve how you feel.

Motivational Interviewing

We all think we can change things about ourselves or behavior. But what often lacks is motivation. I utilize this intervention as a client centered non-confrontational counseling style for eliciting behavior change by helping clients solve ambivalence

Supportive

I utilize supportive therapy by providing emotional support, encouragement, and validation during difficult life circumstances and and psychological challenges.
