LCSW, 10 years of experience
Hello, my name is Nicole. I will create a safe space for you to feel comfortable in sharing your concerns. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or possibly having difficulty adjusting to life stressors or changes, I am here to support and work with you as you navigate these issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support client's in achieving mental well-being. For those who are solely interested in life coaching meetings and not psychotherapy, I do provide life coaching services to address (ex: career goals, etc.), please book a meeting with me on this platform.
Our first initial meeting entails me completing an assessment. The assessment allows me to get a thorough understanding of your goals and to explore if I can fit your needs.
I have experience collaborating with clients to address depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and PTSD. One of my greatest strengths as a clinician is that I treat every client individually based on their needs and goals. I provide empathetic care and value my client’s feedback as they pursue their journey of healing.
I specialize in working with adults, from early careerist to older adult populations, and lesbian and gay communities. My specialty is depression, anxiety, and helping clients to manage life stressors (ex: life transitions, work-related stress, etc.) My aim while you are working with me, is to foster healing and growth and share lifelong tools that you can utilize even when we are no longer working together. I am licensed in California, New York, and in Washington, so if you reside in any of these three states, I can service you. I also provide life coaching sessions, for those not in need of therapy, but are looking to work on personal goals.
I have completed training in CBT. I use this clinical intervention to help client's modify negative thoughts that are negatively impacting their mental well-being.
