Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, currently licensed in PA and CO. I graduated with my Master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2019, and since then have worked with children, families, and individuals in a variety of settings. I have experience with in-home crisis services, hospital social work, and outpatient therapy. I enjoy working with teens and adults to help them navigate life stressors and work toward becoming the best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

If it's your first time in therapy, it can feel a little awkward or uncomfortable. My goal is to ease some of those worries and meet you where you are at in your journey. Our first session together will be focused on allowing us to get to know each other, and to give you time to share what has brought you to therapy. We can work to create a treatment plan to outline what YOU want the focus of your treatment to be, and help guide our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with individuals in a variety of settings and levels of care, helping me learn ways to support people at all stages of their journey. I am empathetic, compassionate, and focus on creating a space for clients to feel comfortable in exploring their struggles openly with me.
