Also, I have worked in the medical field as a BSN RN and feel comfortable treating individuals with physical conditions. I am based in Texas and have licenses in Washington and DC. My background includes extensive medical roles and I am trained to help you manage your comorbidities.

I am experienced in CBT and utilize it in mindfulness techniques while addressing cognitive distortions.
