I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. More specifically, I've supported clients regarding Relationship and Work-related Anxiety, Burnout Body Image Issues, Emotional Eating, Life Purpose and Career Change, and Developing Self-Confidence. I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University. Early in my career, I worked as a school counselor, supporting adolescents as they navigate the path toward adulthood while also managing challenging experiences and emotions. I then expanded my work to include supporting adults as they navigate life stressors including work-related stress, anxiety, burnout, and life changes.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in the process as you work toward improved health and well-being.
I take a client-centered approach in my work with clients and empower them to uncover their own personal strengths. I believe that each person is an individual with very different needs. I take your needs into account in our work together. I infuse elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy into my work with clients.
My goal is for you to feel supported and understood as you explore challenges, uncover your strengths, and accomplish the goals you set for yourself.
