I am a licensed mental health therapist in Georgia with 10 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, to mention a few were substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, women adjusting to different stages in life, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD plus much more. My therapy style is client centered focusing on CBT and solution focus. I'm easy to talk to but I'm here to help (you pay me to be honest ;) so shoot my feedback from the hip but share it in a loving manner. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client or family centered, and solution focus. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, you should expect that we will go over some housekeeping things and complete the intake. In addition, I go over our skill sets the first 4 weeks to help you gain emotional regulation on your own. So during the 1st session, will go over a skill set along with your presenting issues that brought you to therapy. SIDE NOTE FOR FIRST TIME CLIENT'S Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your care. This dedicated time allows us to focus fully on your mental health and ensures you receive the attention and support you deserve. Because this time has been set aside specifically for you, and is no longer available to other clients, we kindly ask that you prioritize attending your scheduled sessions whenever possible. We deeply value your time and commitment to the therapeutic process, and we ask for that same respect in return by attending appointments and completing any agreed-upon work between sessions. Consistency and engagement are key components of meaningful progress, and when both are present, you’re much more likely to experience improvements in your emotional well-being and overall mental health. Life happens and on occasion, you may run late. If you are running late to a session, please: o Log into the patient portal to send me a message letting me know you are running late and approximately what time you expect to join • If I do not hear from you by the 00:15 minute mark of the hour, the session will be marked as a no-show. (Tradition insurances and cash pay clients) after 3 no-shows and (Medicaid clients) after 1 no show, the client will be discharged from treatment and provided with a list of referrals on the platform so you can continue treatment, if you wish to.

I really enjoy my sessions with Dr. Hatchell. She listens to what’s going on in my life without judgement and gives me tools and examples on how to utilize them in the future. She’s really personable and has a great sense of humor and I feel understood by her. She’s really solution oriented which works great for the therapy style that I was looking for.
