My name is Nicole Kowalewski and my goal is to provide you with a safe, welcoming experience working with you to reduce stress, manage your feelings, and grow confidence. As a licensed clinical social worker, my focus is to support adults and adolescents experiencing feelings and behaviors of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I am a certified clinical services provider, specializing in the diagnoses and management of ADHD symptoms.

When you are ready to begin (or continue!) your mental health journey and become the best version of you, lets connect! You can do this! We will talk together and work to develop small achievable goals to meet your needs. I offer evening and weekend Telehealth sessions!

I provide a safe space that is judgment free, we can laugh or cry together in session. Focusing on your strengths leads to a path of wellness. I have worked with all age ranges from 5 years old to later life stages. I have worked with individuals, family systems, school systems and other medical providers to coordinate the best care.
