You may be exhausted from trying to hold it all together. You have continued to struggle with the anxiety that keeps you up at night, the relationship patterns you cannot seem to break, and the constant pressure to figure it all out alone can be overwhelming. I work with individuals who are tired of the same patterns and are ready to stop just surviving and start actually living. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or past trauma, you do not have to figure this out alone. I will provide a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and also give you the necessary resources and tools from evidence-based models such as dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. These skills will help you manage difficult emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and build confidence in handling the difficult situations that you are walking through. I have been doing this work for over 10 years because I genuinely care about helping people move forward. My approach is warm but honest and direct—I will support you and also give you the tools and space you need to grow. This works well if you are willing to: • Look at your own patterns and find areas for growth and change • Practice new skills between our sessions and create a plan for change • Stay open to feedback, exploration, and trying approaches that fit your unique needs

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, the focus will be on exploration and understanding. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story, your current difficulties, and the changes you hope to make. This is a safe and supportive space to reflect openly on your experiences, habits, and goals. I will listen carefully and ask clear, direct questions to help clarify what you’re experiencing and begin identifying patterns that may be influencing your life. The evaluation is both structured and collaborative: you’ll have room to process your thoughts and feelings, while I gather the information needed to form a clear picture of where you are now and where you’d like to be. The emphasis in this initial meeting is on building insight and establishing a foundation for our work together. As we move forward, we’ll begin to outline possible goals and consider strategies that may support you, introduced gradually and tailored to your needs. Over time, these insights will translate into practical tools and evidence-based approaches that help you manage anxiety, shift unhelpful habits, and build confidence in a sustainable way. My Style is: Straightforward – Honest and clear, but always respectful. Practical – Tools that work in everyday life, not just theory. Explorative – Space to reflect deeply in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Encouraging – Support that helps you feel capable, validated, and motivated to change. Accountability-focused – Growth comes from owning your choices and committing to real change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a clinician, I balance exploration with action to create a supportive, results‑oriented process. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for reflection while using clear, respectful communication to identify patterns. My evidence‑based, individualized approach emphasizes accountability and collaboration, helping clients take ownership of their choices and adopt practical strategies for lasting change. This blend of insight, encouragement, and structure empowers clients to build confidence, manage anxiety, and transform unhelpful habits

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m an active therapist. That means I’m fully engaged with you in every session—listening, challenging, and supporting you as you work toward your goals. My role is to give you the tools, information, and environment you need to succeed. I help you understand the context behind your struggles so you can move forward. My approach is customized, non‑judgmental, and strength‑based. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), two of the most effective evidence‑based methods, and I bring deep experience in trauma‑focused care to help people navigate complex trauma.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely-used therapeutic approach that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. By exploring the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, CBT helps individuals develop coping strategies for various challenges. Through collaboration with a trained therapist, clients learn to reframe unhelpful thoughts and cultivate healthier responses to stressors. Over time, this process can lead to improved emotional well-being and adaptive problem-solving skills.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a type of psychotherapy that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. It aims to help individuals develop skills in emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. DBT is especially effective in treating conditions such as borderline personality disorder and chronic suicidal thoughts. By focusing on acceptance and change, DBT empowers individuals to create meaningful shifts in their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
