My life's work is to guide and support women on a transformative journey to living your best life.
I want you to leave our first session feeling inspired, energized and excited about your life. We will briefly get to know one another, then immediately begin learning foundational ACT skills, that you can apply as soon as you walk out the door.
I believe the world is a beautiful place, filled with joy, sorrow, and a never-ending supply of love and hope. I am very action-oriented and want you to understand how precious your time is on our beautiful earth. I promise I will put forth all of my skills and effort to help you be your most authentic self and live your best life.
I offer a transformative approach: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This life-changing therapy teaches you to see life in a different, more flexible way. Instead of battling your thoughts and emotions, you will learn skills including perspective-taking, acceptance, and committed action that helps you to be in alignment with who you truly want to be. My focus is on empowering women to face their inner struggles, embrace their demons, and live authentic, fuller, and more meaningful lives.
