My name is Pam Mandt and I am a LCSW social worker who has been working in the field for several years. I have experience from working with seniors and special needs adults. I also have experience working with depression and trauma. I believe in a collaborative approach and will work with you to find the best solution. At any time we all need a little assistance.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In the first session it is an assessment. I will ask some questions many of which are on the anxiety screening and depression inventory. I will also ask what you want assistance with and from that we can develop some goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have experience with special needs since one of my sons has special needs. I have had experience with seniors and their unique needs. I also have extensive experience with depression and anxiety.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
We all at some need some help whether you are having a hard time with depression or dealing with a special needs individual. There is nothing to be ashamed about getting help.
Strength-Based
I use a collection of several different approaches to therapy. One is strength based which is that the patient has the answers inside of them. Also, that they are a worthy human being.
