I help identify root issues and work with my clients to better understand their therapeutic goals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges in their lives or relationships. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change and I am here to support you on your journey towards greater emotional well-being and fulfillment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will focus on gathering information and understanding the concerns and goals of the individuals or the couple. We will start by discussing what brings you here and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I will ask questions to help me understand your communication styles, and any patterns of behavior that may be contributing to the issues you are experiencing. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT is aimed at helping individuals develop psychological flexibility. ACT emphasizes acceptance of uncomfortable thoughts and feelings rather than fighting against them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT can help individuals identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. CBT is effective in treating depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, PTSD and more.

Compassion Focused

CFT is helpful for individuals who struggle with shame self-criticism, and low self-esteem. It can also be effective for treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma and eating disorders.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT aims to teach individuals skills to manage emotions, improve interpersonal relationships and tolerate distress. Mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness are all a part of DBT.

Couples Counseling

This therapy aims to improve the relationship between tow people. It can be helpful for communication problems, conflicts or intimacy issues. We will identify and address the underlying issues in your relationship.
