In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session, families will develop a stronger sense of what they can accomplish using therapy. Whether its decreasing symptoms, maintaining their happiness, overcoming their fears and more individuals we be able to visualize a road map to their goals.

Creating a safe space with families to listen and explore what makes them happy. I help them increase self esteem and establish healthy boundaries to maintain their desired lifestyle.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Individuals struggling with symptoms of grief, anxiety and depression are ideal families. Family's who can identify their commitments, remain open minded and embrace the sacrifice(s) it would take to reach their goals are ideal families I prefer working with. Families fixated on victim narratives and a "can't do it" mentality may not be ready for such a space and may want to consider and evaluate why they are seeking support.

I came to this provider because his bio mentioned being willing to do the work. I was not only ready to do the job but also to heal. Mr. Bradford has been instrumental in giving me practical tools to help me in my relationships with my mom, sisters, and children. I was able to see how controlling my behavioral patterns was, and this, in turn, expanded my capacity and courage to be honest. It also helped me to know how and when to speak. Overall, I am feeling more confident and at peace.
