During the first session, I will spend the majority of our time getting to know you and answering any questions you may have about me or the therapeutic process.

I have been licensed since 2013 and have certifications in Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety and Grief. I am trained in a wide variety of intervention methods and will cater to the individual needs of the client.
