New to Grow
Hi, I’m Trish. Life can feel really heavy at times—whether it’s stress from work, changes in relationships, past experiences that still affect you, or just the day-to-day feeling of being stuck. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and a safe place where you can process what’s happening and start to feel more like yourself again.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that’s compassionate, down-to-earth, and free of judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and new ways to move forward that feel doable for your life. I offer virtual sessions so you can take care of your mental health from the comfort of your own home (sweatpants welcome!).
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to walk away with both relief in the moment and strategies you can use long after our sessions end. If you’re ready to start making sense of things and building the life you want, I’d love to connect. Reaching out is so brave.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with teens, adults and children as young as 3-years-old who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, behavior issues and relationship challenges.
Humanistic
In my practice, I use a humanistic approach that honors each client’s inherent worth, strengths, and capacity for growth. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, make meaning of their experiences, and move toward healing at their own pace.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, compassionate perspectives.
Play Therapy
In my practice, play therapy is the foundation of my work with children. I use the therapeutic powers of play to help kids express their feelings, process their experiences, and work through challenges in a way that feels natural, safe, and developmentally appropriate.
