I truly enjoy assisting others and extending my services to individuals that wish to seek therapy in the comfort of their own home.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is an introduction session. Greeting to know the client and then finding out what the client’s therapeutic goals and needs are.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been working in addiction for nine years and I have been able to help individuals identify traumas associated with the addiction and healthy coping skills to minimize relapses and trigger responses. I am non-judge mental and always willing to meet the client where they are. I also have extensive experience working with individuals with sexual related trauma. I provided psychoeducation to help assist with teaching individuals how to process sexual traumas and how it relates to their own behaviors.
