Hi, my name is Efraim Eshaghian. I have been in therapy myself, and I have come to realize what allows one to live the life he would like to live. We work on allowing the client recognize his/her own solutions and path to greatness. Together, we create the amazing experience of being empowered, which is so powerful. Self discovery and self awareness of one's strengths is the key to open a world that one never knew existed. We try to find that hidden key and access this unbelievable world which is filled with one's positive qualities which ultimately allows one to change around his/her life. I like working with couples, families, divorce, and individuals needing help with depression, anger, and anxiety. I am unable to accept couples on the Grow therapy platform for insurance.
I strive to allow clients to see their own strengths to solve their own issues. Finding your own strengths can be difficult because of the many biased thoughts we have on ourselves. But processing the thoughts and emotions together can bring out great hidden talents and qualities that can be used to solve difficult challenges. Please note that I no longer accept insurance for clients seeking couples counseling on the Grow Therapy platform, only cash pay.

He regurgitates what he’s told instead of advising or providing useful tools. I didn’t find the sessions very helpful other than to vent.
