I am a licensed social worker who has been in practice for 42 years .I have worked with addiction issues as well as various mental health issues ,anxiety and depression .I help individuals recognize strengths and help develop with them healthier coping skills . I work with clients on establishing life balance . I work with couples on reestablishing communication and validating each other .
