Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Professional Counsellor (LMHC) based in New York City. I received my Masters from St. Johns University I have been in private practice for over 15 years. I am also a CASAC-G (Certified Addiction Substance Abuse Counselor) with a specialty in gambling addictions. I assist individuals struggling with self esteem issues; Individual addiction and the struggles for the family attached to the addicted individual., Teaching tools for individuals dealing with anxiety and how to gain healthy coping skills by using a variety of tools to become the best versions of themselves.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, I will ask you what your goals are for therapy and encourage any questions you may have for me. During our first session we will engage into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Having worked with individuals' for the past 15 years, I've developed a mosaic of various integrative therapy which suits the individual needs of clients. Among them are, behavior therapy, cognitive therapy, humanistic and holistic therapy which individuals can benefit from in leading to measurable goal progress. I believe my greatest strengths as a provider are, that I am not the authority in their lives, when we work together, I am an empathetic non judgmental and concerned listener.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.

My practice will have a patient directed method. I will focus on my belief I will meet patients where they are at. My role is to listen and assist through a variety of skills to aid patients in achieving their goals with educational tools and support.
