I am very experienced in helping with anxiety and panic attacks. I have a goal-oriented approach to changing thoughts that lead to anxiety, which does include using exposure therapy for anxiety triggers. I work with clients dealing with life stress or life changes by using a step by step, goal-oriented approach. I have worked with many clients that need help with self esteem issues and relationship issues.
I use cognitive behavioral therpay so clients can see how their thoughts affect their actions and feelings. This is my primary treatment method, and it has applications with all issues.
