My specialties are assisting patients manage workplace stress, trauma, along with those that may be at an impasse in life. I take pride in assisting my clients gain a new outlook on their situation. My goal is for patients to leave their session feeling heard, empowered and equipped to manage their situation.
Following introductions and explaining limits of confidentiality we will discuss background and treatment goals for a tailored plan of action during upcoming sessions.
My strength is helping patients to tap into their inner strengths to address their challenges. I also enjoy clinically educating patients, so they will be able to identify behaviors when they arise, and have the tools to handle challenges.

Sharon is a good listener and has the unique ability to pinpoint through conversation what the best solution is or the best approach to address various situations.
