Hi! I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC III) based in Ohio. I received my Master from Walden University in Minneapolis and have been practicing for 13 years. I want to help adults find a more lasting solution beyond their immediate mental health concerns. I understand that pain in life is unavoidable and as your therapist, I want to help you work toward a healing solution and bring out the best in you.
In our first session, we will have a brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan so that you can get the tools, support, and knowledge you need to help you reach your goals.
Having worked with adults for the past 13 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I take a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in sessions such that, in the process, they discover their own solutions.
