I do not believe in a one-size fits all approach for therapy. I draw from a range of modalities and adapt sessions to meet your unique needs and goals.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their individual needs. Someone who is willing to show up and put forth effort in their journey.
The use of DBT has been an effective modality of therapy for many clients with different needs. I do incorporate other modalities as well since not one client is the same. Tayloring therapy and modalities used is important for each client.
