In our first session, I want us to get to know each other. I like to-talk about pest experiences with therapy, as well as what they can expect in our time together.

I enjoy working with adolescence and adult adults who appreciate a mindfulness based approach and appreciate using focus physical movement along with therapy for mental health treatment

I use EMDR to help clients work through traumatic experiences, so these events no longer have such a negative impact on daily living.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use breathing and movement to create a safe space for my clients to have the ability to be present.

She engages both of us and understands both of us. She listens and gives direction and guidance that is directly related to the issue at hand and not so generic that they're difficult to apply.
