Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from Pennsylvania. I have been practicing in a variety of clinical settings for over 15 years. I love working with clients to help you understand and manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is important to me to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges and work towards your goals. Taking the first step towards seeking therapy is an important part of self-growth. I look forward to working with you as you embrace this opportunity to invest in your well-being and unlock your full potential.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Your first therapy session is an opportunity to introduce yourself and your concerns to me. You can expect to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any immediate challenges you're facing. Building rapport is an important part of the therapeutic relationship and you can expect me to listen attentively, ask questions, and create a safe and supportive environment for you to share your thoughts and feelings.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of the most important things I do is help clients build self-awareness. This involves helping you identify personal strengths and weaknesses, as well as thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back. I enjoy helping clients develop coping skills. These skills can help you manage stress, anxiety, and other difficult emotions. I also enjoy helping you set and achieve your goals.
