In my work as a therapist, I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, meaning I draw from a range of evidence based techniques to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. I believe that no two individuals are the same, so therapy should be flexible, collaborative, and personalized. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

One of the main approaches I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work closely with clients to explore patterns that may be contributing to distress and help them build healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking and coping. Together, we set realistic goals, develop practical strategies, and track progress over time, always at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of where the client is emotionally.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I also help client's thrive by incorporating Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients tap into their strengths and envision the changes they want to see. This approach keeps us focused on solutions by using tools like scaling questions and identifying exceptions, which help build momentum, foster confidence, and support progress in overcoming the challenges that may be holding us back.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In addition, I offer stress reduction techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and behavior activation to support emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for each client’s journey and a commitment to walking alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
