About me

“We all face challenges that will disrupt our sense of normalcy, and while we often find ways to adapt, there are times we recognize the need to seek support from a professional to help us navigate.” I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of clinical experience. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University and hold clinical licensure in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. I utilizes trauma-informed care to meet the unique needs of my clients within a safe and therapeutic environment.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will begin to develop a therapeutic relationship and explore details of your background and history. We will discuss presenting symptoms and the impact of symptoms on daily routines and activities. I will utilize screening tools to assess the severity of symptoms identified. I will provide an overview of the therapeutic framework as well as therapeutic expectations. We will explore your individual goals for treatment and develop a Treatment plan that will help to guide our therapeutic process. I will provide time at the end of session for you to ask any questions that you may have or to share feelings related to past experiences of therapy

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I utilize my clinical training and skills to help clients begin to identify mental health symptoms and or maladaptive behaviors that negatively impact their day-to-day functioning. I will provide coping strategies that help to manage symptoms effectively and to improve psychological health long-term. I create a safe space during all sessions for clients to feel seen, heard and understood throughout their healing journey

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My goal is to improve the lives of all clients from various backgrounds and cultures, helping them to navigate complex emotional challenges and difficult life transitions.
