Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

My goal is to dive into my client's worldview, understand where they are at from a nonjudgmental perspective. With empathy and support we work towards the life they want to build, usually with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a foundation by decreasing the impact any distressing thoughts or feelings are having on them. We explore values and use them as a compass while implementing ACT strategies to strive though difficult times.
