I specialize in supporting 20 & 30-something women with learning to manage their anxiety, create healthy daily mental wellness habits & feel more confident. Whether your hopes are to feel more confident, creating better relationships, speaking up & putting yourself out there more, I'd love to support you. My approach is very warm, positive & focused on taking practical, small steps one day at a time to help you create your healthiest, best life!
During our first session, we will get to know each other, make sure we feel like a good fit for what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and start creating goals for our work together. My approach is very present & future focused. You'll walk away with tangible, practical tools that might include breathing practices, grounding tools, mental wellness tools, mindset practices, or journaling prompts.
I really pride myself on holding a safe space for my clients. I have a casual, positive, friendly approach to therapy. I value helping my clients feel safe, seen, and heard. Our sessions are an absolute no judgment zone. We can bring your faith/spirituality into our work together if that's something you're interested in as well! This space is for you. When I'm not in session you can find me teaching yoga, hiking, at a farmer's market, at my favorite coffee shop or planning my next adventure.
I specialize in supporting 20 & 30-something women with challenges related to anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, healthy relationships and going through big changes in life like graduating, moving, relationship challenges.
My approach integrates holistic & trauma informed practices, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, self compassion and mindfulness practices. ACT is at the foundation of my work because it supports you in building skills to be able to be present, to move through life's challenges in a healthy way & to do the things that matter to you. I have a holistic view of health & healing, meaning that you will become more aware and in tune of your nervous system, the mind-body connection & learn practices to support your whole being (mind, body & spirit).

Devoney has such a calm and comforting persona that really helps and encourages you to embrace and open up with what you’re feeling and talking about .she understand exactly what I’m saying and can listen and pick up on things I’m not directly saying. Looking forward to continuing to work with her
