In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will begin with brief introductions and then discuss what brings you to therapy today. I do not want our sessions to feel as if I am interrogating you, so we will only discuss as much as you are open to discussing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients feel safe enough to be themselves. I know it takes real courage to reach out for help, and I want you to feel genuinely welcomed and understood as soon as we begin working together. By keeping things open and collaborative, my goal is to help you build the confidence to dive into the work that matters most to you. Together, we’ll create a foundation that supports real growth and change, both in our sessions and in your everyday life.

I work with individuals who are willing to reflect, try new approaches, and continue the work between sessions. My role is to guide and support your process, while helping you build the skills and insight needed to move forward with confidence.
