I believe therapy should be a supportive conversation where we work together, as partners, to find the relief and balance you seek. Life is tough. It’s ok if you come into my office hurt, frustrated, and emotional. I hope you find my space supportive, welcoming, and comforting and you leave feeling grounded, confident, and resilient.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I specialize in using CBT and DBT treatment modalities. This help us unpack how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and allows us to grow those interpersonal relationships.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My experience ranges from residential treatment, to partial hospitalization program and school social work. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and major life changes with curiosity and compassion. My passion is with teens however, I believe that everyone deserves a supportive space to navigate life’s challenges.
