I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized psychoanalytic training at the William Alanson White Institute in NYC. I work with clients to get what they want out of life. I hope to connect with you through active listening to provide a secure and nurturing space to assist you in your self-discovery and healing. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and empathy with the aim of helping you navigate life's challenges. Using a psychodynamic approach, we will work to uncover behavioral patterns which are impacting your life now. This process helps you gain critical insight to confront barriers that are preventing you from achieving your full potential.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll get to know each other, and explore your current life challenges. We'll work together to make a plan to overcome barriers and help you to gain insight on how to make your life better!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I bring an empathic understanding to help you reframe your worries and determine the root cause of destructive patterns. I then establish a treatment plan which will bring about measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

An individual is a sum total of their life experiences. As we pursue our life goals, it is essential to understand our childhood/adolescent influences and how that led us to who we are today. Through self understanding, we will identify the barriers that are keeping you from living fulfilling life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Through Cognitive Behavioral therapy we will change unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling and behavior. These are designed to immediately improve your quality of life. The treatment typically lasts 3 - 12 months. CBT can also be an effective way to treat depression and anxiety.

Humanistic

Humanistic therapy adopts a holistic approach which focuses on free will, self-discovery and human potential. This treatment aims to help you develop a strong & healthy sense of self to explore your innermost feelings.
