My name is Elizabeth, I am a licensed clinical social worker, first generation Latina with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families across diverse systems, including child welfare, medical, and school settings. I enjoy building a strong therapeutic alliance based on empathy, respect, and collaboration. Having a supportive, trusted person to walk alongside you and help process life’s experiences can be vital to healing and transformation

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I enjoy getting to know clients and building rapport. I find opportunities for growth in each client and collaborate with each client to set up goals to maximize their life potential.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe each client is the expert in their own story, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward healing and growth. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based practices, supporting clients as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and systemic barriers.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clinical approach is rooted in cultural humility and strengths-based care, with a focus on helping children, teens and families, navigate trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I draw on my background in children and youth, foster care and adoptions, medical social work, and school-based mental health to provide compassionate, client-centered support that empowers individuals to find healing, stability, and meaningful growth.
