About me

Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters degree from Mount Aloysius College in 2021. I have been practicing counseling for about 6 years. My specialty is helping individuals struggling with substance abuse disorder and mental illness. I strive to help individuals gain insight into their struggles and become the best version of themselves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and develop a rapport. Afterwards, we will identify specific challenges you're facing and create a game plan on how to tackle the challenges. This will help me create a plan on what to focus on during follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with clients in an inpatient setting for 6 years, I have sharpened my skills in communication, building rapport, open-mindedness, patience, and more. I am easily able to connect with clients and often utilize humor to help build my rapport.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I best serve adult clients who struggle with mental illness and/or substance abuse.
