I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, stress, and challenges related to medical conditions. Together, we’ll explore ways to ease symptoms that may be interfering with your daily life. We’ll check in regularly on what’s working, adjust strategies as needed, and focus on goals that matter to you. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and flexibility and collaboration are an important part of the process.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore the concerns or symptoms you’re experiencing, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you may have about the process. We’ll also begin identifying practical strategies and supports to help you feel more grounded and start moving toward greater well-being.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength is helping clients feel clear, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I bring over 15 years of counseling experience and use evidence-based, solution-focused approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients identify patterns, build practical coping tools, and make meaningful progress. When it aligns with your values, I also integrate spirituality to support healing and growth.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, health concerns, or feeling stuck, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change. I offer evening and Saturday appointments, with occasional Sunday afternoon availability.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how these patterns impact daily life. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and practice strategies that support emotional balance and resilience. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when care is tailored to the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build on their strengths and focus on what’s working, rather than staying stuck in problems. Together, we clarify goals, identify small, achievable steps, and develop practical strategies that support positive change. This approach is collaborative, hopeful, and tailored to your needs, helping you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
