I’m a compassionate therapist who supports people facing anxiety, depression, grief, and early-life trauma. As a Certified Grief Therapist, I offer a space where you can breathe, open up, and feel supported. Using CBT, trauma-informed care, and your existing strengths, I help you shift unhelpful thoughts, build resilience, and stay grounded through challenges. Together, we’ll work toward healing and a life that feels safer and more your own.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll explore what you’ve been navigating and highlight the strengths you’re already using to get through each day. We’ll talk about your goals, how you want to feel, and how therapy can support you in building confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience. And yes, I do give homework! I believe the real shifts often happen between sessions, and those take-home practices are simply gentle guidance to help you keep growing. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your story.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I create a space where your story is honored and your strengths lead the work. Blending warmth with real-world tools. I help you feel supported while teaching skills you can use right away, and I give simple between-session practices to keep the momentum going. Clients appreciate the mix of empathy, structure, and results.
