Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, this is your opportunity to be heard. My goal is to listen and evaluate the concerns to ensure both client and therapist are an equal match.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel my biggest strengths are working with clients who are in need of sorting out personal life issues, needing guidance, career support, or struggling with anxiety, depression, family, relational or substance abuse issues. I also find joy in supporting couples and families in strengthening their communication, teaching how to validate feelings, and support working through tough situations. My goal is to be supportive, show empathy, and build accountability and coping strategies to help push you to the next level!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve women, teens, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or relationship challenges. My ideal clients are motivated to make positive changes, open to exploring new perspectives, and ready to engage in a collaborative process toward healing and personal growth. Their goals often include building confidence, improving emotional resilience, and creating a more balanced, purposeful life.
