LCSW, 9 years of experience
New to Grow
I believe that meaningful progress in therapy starts with a strong therapeutic rapport. By fostering trust and connection, I help clients feel comfortable and confident in the work we do together. I began working as a therapist in 2016. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin. I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, and am specialized in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space where my clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to be the best version of themselves.
I work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression. In our initial session, we take time to thoroughly explore the presenting concerns and gather relevant background information. My approach is highly collaborative, ensuring that we make the most of our time together and that each client feels actively engaged in their therapeutic journey.
In our work together, you can expect open, honest, and respectful communication. I strive to be compassionate, nonjudgmental, and fully present in each session. I will listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and provide feedback that is both supportive and direct. While therapy can involve difficult or emotional topics, I aim to create a tone that feels safe, collaborative, and even lighthearted when appropriate—because growth often happens when we feel comfortable being our authentic selves. My role is to guide, encourage, and challenge you in a way that feels respectful and empowering, so you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools for your journey.
I work with adults and teens who are managing anxiety, life transitions, and those seeking support for self-esteem issues. Whether you’re working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring your personal goals, I’ll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
I have been practicing CBT since 2016. I believe in catering the modality to what the client needs, while practicing in the scope of the modality.
I went through the extensive training for this in May 2025 and a firm believer in the effectiveness of this modality. Through bilateral stimulation we can help process things that can be difficult to tackle in regular talk therapy.
I have been practicing this modality since 2019, it is one of the most effective modalities to treat OCD symptoms.
