Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW). I'm based in Georgia. However, I'm licensed in Tennessee, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Kansas. I am passionate about assisting clients break cycles, manage their mood, set boundaries, and improve their overall mental well-being.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and discuss background information. We’ll then identify your concerns, explore what’s getting in the way of feeling better, and develop a plan that feels achievable and tailored to you. Most of my clients begin to notice a decrease in their symptoms within the first few weeks, and together, we work toward lasting progress and stability.
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to connect to my clients. I cultivate an environment of healing, freedom, and laughter and employ an array of treatment modalities to enable my clients to achieve their desired outcome.
I enjoy working with clients who have a desire to change, but don't know where to start.
I utilize CBT to assist clients in learning how to manage and improve their mood. This treatment modality is short term and goal oriented. I utilize this approach to helps clients overcome difficulties by focusing on a solution to their problem instead of the actual problem. I partner with clients to enable them to identity their strengths and resources to overcome challenges they are experiencing.
